Please ensure that you agree with the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms​

-Gavalas Winery reserves the right to unilaterally change the present terms and conditions on trading like prices, shipping charges, item availability etc.

-'Gavalas Winery' eshop can currently accept online orders only for delivery in Greece and Europe.

-The price of each product is the one referred to, on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company’s warehouse

 

2. Placing an order

You can place your order through:

- email at info@gavalaswines.gr

- tel. at +30 22860 82552 daily from 09:00 to 17:00

We recommend online orders through our e-shop page. Your order will be complete as soon as you receive a relevant mail at the email address you have provided.

3.Cancelling an order

It is possible to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

- Before submitting the order , just by do not completing the process

- If the order is submitted  , but not delivered yet, you can contact us at info@gavalaswines.gr or +30 22860 82552 and we will cancel your order.

We accept to cancel the order without any cost in case it is cancelled before its delivery.

In case of cancellation upon the delivery then the client is charged the delivery rates.

4. Return Procedure

We accept return of the products , in case they are damaged, if you notice and state us the problem in the next 7 days upon the receipt of the order.

You can contact us for stating the problem at info@gavalaswines.gr or +30 22860 82552. It is necessary to state your full name, the order's number as well as the problem regarding the order.

Upon receipt of the products from us , an inspection will be carried out and if no problems occur then we will proceed in replacing the product or refund you.
